Privacy policy

Updated September 21, 2026

Mojowave helps you create, manage, and schedule social content and request social accounts. This policy explains how information is handled when you use mojowave.com.

Information you provide

We process your sign-in details, workspace and brand settings, uploaded files, content briefs, generated and edited content, schedules, account requests, and messages you send to us. Social account records can include a username, display name, avatar, bio, platform, connection status, and assignment to your workspace.

Launch waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we save your email address, signup time, signup source, and consent to receive Mojowave launch updates in Mojowave’s Supabase project. The workspace owner can view and export this list to manage the launch. Joining the waitlist does not create an app account. We also store a temporary, keyed hash of your network address to limit automated submissions; the waitlist database does not store your raw IP address.

You can ask to be removed from the waitlist by contacting us at the address below. We use waitlist emails for Mojowave launch updates.

Signing in with Google

Google sign-in shares your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture. Mojowave uses this information to authenticate you and associate you with your workspace. Google handles your Google password; Mojowave does not receive it.

Our Google sign-in requests only OpenID, email, and basic profile permissions. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or YouTube. Authentication and identity records are handled through Mojowave’s Supabase project.

Mojowave’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How information is used

We use information to maintain your account and workspace, prepare requested profiles, generate or edit content, schedule posts you request, show account and publishing status, provide support, and investigate operational or security problems. The workspace owner can review account requests, profile details, assignments, and related activity to manage these services.

Service providers and publishing

Mojowave uses Supabase for authentication, database records, and file storage, Vercel for the web application, and Hetzner for background processing. These services process information needed to operate Mojowave, including technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details.

When you use relevant features, content briefs and generation inputs are processed by AI services such as Anthropic and BytePlus. Account preparation details are shared with Superwarm when needed to fulfil an account request. Post Bridge and the relevant social platforms process connected-account information and content submitted for scheduling or publishing. Published content is visible according to the destination platform’s settings.

Information is processed where these providers operate, which may be outside your country. Their own policies apply to their services.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies to maintain sign-in sessions and protect the sign-in flow. Browser storage also holds local workspace preferences and work created in the unsigned-in demo. Clearing cookies signs you out; clearing browser storage can remove unsaved local work. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve those requests.

Retention and your choices

Saved information is retained to provide your workspace and account services. You can remove supported content within the app or contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting on a request. Deletion from active records does not immediately remove copies in existing backups or content already published to a social platform.

You can revoke Google sign-in access in your Google Account connections. Revoking access prevents future authorization through that connection; it does not itself delete your Mojowave workspace. Contact us separately to request workspace deletion.
